Burnt out?
This week's newsletter is dedicated to my current feeling of being burnt out and pulled in every which direction. Everyone feels burnt out in some shape or form in their lives at some point, and in this week's edition, I'm going to show you ways to cope and ways to prevent burnout.

Excerpt from this week's newsletter edition.
"Anyway, this is the first year of my busy season with this job, and with three events I’m planning at the same time, plus taking care of our dog, the house, helping my husband (yes, he helps me too!), teaching piano lessons, performing piano, and writing this newsletter, I’ve been putting myself more and more in the red; causing myself to feel burnt out even though I’m enjoying everything I’m doing. I guess I’m a “yes” person, and realized that by just saying “I’ll do it” or “I’ve got it” or “That’s not so bad, I can get that done” I’ve put myself in a place where I have no one to delegate to as I’ve decided to just take everything on. This is a huge lesson I’ve learned as I look back on the event planning and how I just handled everything and “just did it”. I’ve learned that you can and should rely on others to help you, as this is a foreign concept to me and others like me who are type A, organized, and will get it done, don’t worry. This is not an easy lesson for me, as my husband would remind me, to lean on others and ask for help."
